This course is
the first in a series of ICS training courses and will be of particular interest to first responders, security forces, agency managers and those who have a site-support role in an Emergency Operations Centre (EOC).

Course participants will be better prepared to function within an ICS environment and will be able to demonstrate a basic knowledge of the Incident Command System.

Certification is achieved through an open-book multiple-choice exam.

There is no prerequisite for I-100 Introduction to ICS.
