This free report is for those responsible for the training of staff when it comes to safety, security, business continuity, or emergency management.

The ESI Organizational Resiliency Report Card is a tool for those responsible for programs, plans, and training to understand what you intuitively feel are organizational gaps. It solves the problem of identifying gaps and providing a path forward regarding emergency management, business continuity, and security risk scenarios.

With this tool in your kit, you will have the ability to outline a well-defined understanding of the gaps, risks, and vulnerabilities in your organization's emergency management plan. The results of this questionnaire can be used to guide your next steps or may be presented to decision-makers to illustrate the capability gaps that may be critical within your organization.

It takes about 5 minutes to complete. After following the instructions and completing the Report Card, you will walk away with a gap analysis of your emergency management plan as it relates to economic impact and safety risks. You will have a better understanding of your organization's vulnerabilities and risk factors and you will have clear directions for the next steps and training required to mitigate these risks.
